Here's what the cottage includes:
- Capacity for 4 adults (+ 2 children)
- 1 closed bedroom with a queen-size bed
- 1 open mezzanine (access limited by a ladder) with a queen-size bed
- A sofa bed (small double)
- Heated floors, heat pump, electric fireplace
- Outdoor fireplace with grill (wood not provided, available for purchase on site) with 4 Adirondack chairs
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedding and towels included
- Kitchen: 2-burner stove, refrigerator, dishes, microwave, toaster oven, fondue set (electric)
IMPORTANT: Please note that there is no cell phone signal on the site and no Wi-Fi network is available. To communicate, you can go to the reception area located near Manawan Road and use the public Wi-Fi, or drive south (to St. Michel-des-Saints) to get cell phone signal.

Terms and conditions of stay and reservation:
Rate: Low season: $250/night (+ taxes) and High season: $300/night (+ taxes). Reservations can be made online or by phone at 1-866-266-2730. To complete your reservation, you will sign a contract, make your payment, and a security deposit of $500 will be required. Following your stay, this deposit will be refunded if the cottage is left in good condition. Remember that you must leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived!
